The hotel structure was built in various epochs. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and private balconies.

In the main dining room, with a rustic style, there are 80 seats. There is also a beer counter and a well-stocked bar area. The second salon can accommodate up to 100 guests.

THE KITCHEN

TRADITIONAL UMBRIAN CUISINE WITH PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE RAW INGREDIENTS AND THE QUALITY OF THE SAME.

Some of our typical dishes include the classic house meal made up of boards of cold cuts and cheeses, beans and pork rinds, house pickled vegetables, bruschetta with pate and mushrooms and asparagus. All accompanied by our iconic crescia al testo.
As for the first courses, fresh pasta dressed with fresh black truffles from the Park or with porcini mushrooms and crispy guanciale.
Another typical dish, only available on request, is the woodland lasagna or the gnocchi with goose ragu.

As a main course, the timeless grilled lamb chops, grilled meats in general as well as beef tagliata (with a sprinkle of fresh truffle, spices, pink salt, etc …).
For desserts, the most popular are the house tiramisu, English trifle, puff pastry with chantilly cream and chocolate and almonds or with chantilly cream and berries.

The hotel rooms are single, double / twin, triple and quadruple. All have en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. More essential furnishings (standard) in the case of groups in general, more refined furnishings (comfort) in the case of a more requested solution.

THE STRUCTURE, BEING IN A VERY STRATEGIC AND WELL-CONNECTED POSITION, IS EXCELLENT AS A STARTING POINT FOR MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS.

Structure also suitable for motorcyclists and small motorbike rallies.

For those who want to dedicate themselves to visiting art cities, within a radius of 30 km you can reach beautiful places such as Gubbio (12 km), Fabriano (30 km), Gualdo Tadino (25 km) or venture a little further for a day trip and reach Assisi (60 km), Spello (60 km), Foligno (70 km), Spoleto (90 km) or reach the beautiful capital Perugia (61 km).

For those who want to focus their vacation on adventure, our Monte Cucco caves (20 km) are a must-visit or take a tour in our beautiful territory (visiting small villages or doing the Abbey tour of the year 1000).

At the same time, for trekking and mountain bike lovers, there are multiple marked trails (we highlight the Templar’s Way which unfolds in 5 stages, 100 km in total, from the Fonte Avellana Abbey to Gubbio. Our structure is a stopover in the fourth stage!).

SPORTS RETREATS

The Structure, which has over 40 years of experience in sports retreats, is located at an optimal altitude above sea level (about 650 meters) and can rely on the use of municipal sports facilities that offer a regulation field on natural grass, changing rooms with storage, an outlet field and possibly a sports hall. In addition to all this, there are paths to use for athletic preparation.

PARTIES

Being on a hill, in a secluded and unspoiled place, there is the possibility of hosting birthday parties, graduation parties, association parties even until late at night. Enjoying a dedicated hall with a stage (also for live events), cocktail bar corner and cloakroom.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Upon request, at an additional cost, we offer a shuttle service to and from the Fossato di Vico – Gubbio train station and the Perugia and Ancona airports.
